Ready or Not rewards discipline, and VOID Tactical needs team leads who can bring it. We're looking for players who can plan an entry, assign roles and debrief a messy clear without blaming anyone. Leads must be 21+ with a microphone; clear, calm callouts are the whole job.
You don't need to be an S-rank veteran to join. We run serious tactics nights and relaxed chill clears, so there's room for every skill level. Playing with the same five people week after week is how a squad gets genuinely good, and it's a lot more fun than hoping your random teammates don't flashbang you. Join us, meet new people, and try the other games the VOID community plays too.
