VOID already runs a Star Citizen org and a WARDOGS PMC division. Now we're going wider: nine games, nine divisions, each with its own channels, its own schedule and its own lead. Seven of those seats are empty. This is the pitch for filling them.

Why nine games

Most gaming groups die the same way. Everyone plays one game, the group drifts to the next release, half of them don't follow, and the Discord goes quiet. VOID is built the other way round: one community, many games. When your squad moves on to something new, the community moves with you.

The timing helps. WARDOGS launched into Early Access on 10 September and new players are still arriving. SEED opened its Early Access in July. World of Warcraft Forever means a fresh realm and a race to form guilds on day one. Those are the moments communities get built, and they don't wait.

What a division lead actually does

Leading a division isn't a full-time job. It's a few clear responsibilities:

  • Run at least one regular session a week
  • Recruit new players and welcome them properly
  • Post an after-action report or update once a month
  • Keep your channel healthy, active and free of nonsense
We're not looking for the best player in the server. We're looking for the one who organises the raid.

What you get

We don't hand you a title and disappear. Every division lead gets a leadership role and colour, their own channels and voice rooms, and a profile on their division's page on this site. Your sessions get promoted through the daily newsroom and VOID socials, you get a say in where VOID goes next, and the core team has your back when things get busy.

The open seats

Escape From Tarkov, SEED, World of Warcraft Forever, Ready or Not, Sea of Thieves and Valheim all need a Division Lead. Dungeons and Dragons needs one or more Dungeon Masters. Not ready to lead? We also need Deputy Leads, Event Coordinators, Recruiters, Content Creators and Clippers, and Newsroom Writers.

How to apply

Fill in the short form on the Lead a Division page. It takes a few minutes. We review every application within 72 hours, then message you on Discord for a chat. If it's a fit, you start a 30-day trial as lead. Run a few sessions, see if you enjoy it, and we'll make it official.

If you've ever been the one sorting out the squad, the timings and the comms, you're already doing the job. Come and do it with backing.
